​Tiago aka 'Saca' is the first Portuguese surfer to compete on the ASP world tour, and is a good friend.  I took the water housing out at a very shallow lefthand reefbreak and snapped photos of him.  Just after this shot was taken, my camera battery died.  I swam in to change it, but on my way in a wave picked me up and deposited me onto sharp rocks, cutting me badly.  I still have the scar.
