​This was the first time we saw the wave here break with quality.  We had spotted the set-up on Google Earth, and finally made it to the point, but when we arrived  the waves were sloppy.  You never know how good a wave is until you see it on a good day.  This was our first visit - just Clay, Terry and myself, and a lot of brown bears.  Just a glimpse of what was to come.
