Islands are just plain awesome for a surfer. On almost any given day, at least one side of the island will have good conditions for surfing. In this series, I have included islands both in the tropics (such as Samoa, Hawaii or the Galapagos), and ones in the colder regions of the globe (like Ireland or Greenland).
