As far as surf photography goes, line-ups have always been my strongest point. Personally, I have always enjoyed looking at line-up shots the most - because they tell the whole story of a surf spot. With my many years of training as a landscape photographer, I had the perfect skill set to compose great line-up shots, because I approach them in the same way that I would a landscape photo - through careful composition I like to juxtapose elements of the landscape while trying to tell the whole story of the wave and why it is special and unique.
